Beholding Beauty

The use of cosmetics goes back to 10,000 years for both men and women and can be traced and observed in ancient Egypt. They are not the only culture that used make up and the use of make up has grown in great proportions.

Cosmetics is used by males and females but under different packaging.We just have to look around in our shopping aisles. Today we can surf and browse the Internet to find all sorts of articles on this subject such as the article below.

It is society that sets the trends, fads and up to our individual tastes as to what the norm may be. I am amused and tickled at the idea a man pampering himself as much as a woman. It's all in the name of vanity and who are we to deny the right for another to look and feel fantastic.

The use of cosmetics should be for enhancing our best features without having to shovel it off later, I agree. I recently had a friend do a recording for c Dragon's Den and he was covered in powder foundation for the camera's. He thought it was hilarious and was a little uncomfortable with the idea but the show must go on, right.

Physical beauty is different to all eyes concerned. It is a visual pleasure to the mind and senses. Some men may drool and women will react the same to a hunkilicious man. We all react one way or another. It all depends on the beholder and their definitions of physical beauty. Make up is just a tool to enhance the physical beauty. It doesn't enhance the personality which is a whole different subject in itself.

Todays societies are no longer keeping their doors closed to the use of new possibilities and we do live in a world with the abililty to make and choose from the infinite choices. Go ahead Gents, pamper yourself and don't be shy. Read more --> here.
