Green Champs and Chumps

Green Champions
The word is out and the People are listening and learning. Visions of progressing towards the better care and landscaping for a beautiful Earth is alive and well. Each day more and more people are proclaiming their support. Are you onboard yet?
The cost of going *Green* does affect business, very true but what is stopping the business owner from asking for help if need be, to seek or provide an alternative service or product? We live in a world of infinite possibilities and so many minds from extraordinary to ordinary, are available and willing to help. Have you thought of something to help a business?
Today, we are learning tips, tricks and offered new products to change our usage of current goods in the home but what about the effects on the business owner? Plumes of smoke from a offending company could get help to maybe clean it up. Filters? Maybe a new chimney sweeper gadget venture is possible.
Our scientists are learning new techniques, developments and the ill effects of products every day and yet we are also learning better methods to improve our quality of life and stop these growing ill effects not on just us but our planet.
A good method for a concerned business owner to learn about going *Green* is to not just research all available literature but attend events such as the EarthShip Summit in Montreal, June 2010 and they have a fun and educational event planned for all participants.
EarthShip would like to draw up a summary report of the ‘world’s concerns’ from participants, like you and me, on the subjects of concern about Air, Water, Man, Earth and Nature. They are inviting the public and businesses to provide their support and input for this report that’s destined to be delivered to our World leaders.
The summit plans to ‘include a live audience, webcasts (online) and online streaming broadcasts’. They are supporting various social programs for a better Earth and planting trees with each new participant. Their three day music festival is set to host 50 of the best rock bands to be organized by Artie Kornfeld, the very man who organized Woodstock 1969. I would love to get an autograph.
Guest speakers will include existing and new *Green* business owners and would provide quite a platform to create a partnership or get a whole new business idea buzzing through your mind. Can you remember that sudden bolt of *inspiration* to start a business?
The public can participate and add their input by joining the website. I wouldn’t mind having a tree planted in my name and earn bragging rights. Every small step is one step closer to a revived Earth. Take a quick click to join and share in the support of this great project.

Thank you for the information about the EARTHSHIP summit. It looks very interesting, as well, the 'Assembly of 200 Non-G8 Nations'.
Awesome attitude. =) Will do, if I find out someone has yet to on HP.
I second with GT.
Also, I'd also like to be a bit of a devil's advocate...has anyone ever asked if the sun is just getting hotter? ;P
In truth, however, I think history is showing we're probably not heading into global warming as so much a new ice age. (I can try and explain how this works, if you want...)
But regardless of these facts, I'm always down for making mother earth happy. The more we live in harmony with nature the easier life can be.
I enjoy green things, if you know what I mean.
Good info dame scribe, we have to always keep mother nature on our minds as the clock keeps ticking on us to change our ways.
